Since heating TPE requires very high temperatures, the cast mold needs to be soaked in coolant or clean cold water for several hours.
After the cooling process is over, the mold needs to be opened manually to take out the doll, and at this time the newly made real doll is not yet fully finished. Because the pouring and cooling process will leave opening and closing lines and glue overflow on the doll, the next production process is required to make the real doll more beautiful and attractive.
After the TPE real doll is taken out of the mold, it needs to be processed by hand for the next step, after which the real doll is complete and ready for sale.
The real doll just taken out of the mold has rough edges. The feet, hands, neck and sides of the body are polished smooth with a grinding tool to eliminate any uneven or rough edges. The purpose of this is to make the doll look more realistic and beautiful. The fingernails and toenails are also installed and then thoroughly cleaned again. After drying, if there are no other defects, it will be powdered to keep it smooth and dry to maximize consumer satisfaction.
The head and body of the doll are made separately because the head of the doll has more complex features than the body.
The process of making the head is very similar to that of the body, the only difference is that a different mold is used. After the doll head production process is completed, a special makeup artist will make up to make the doll look more sexy and charming. There are many more styles of heads than bodies, giving consumers more choices of appearance. The factory usually punches holes in both and fixes them together with screws before leaving the factory.
Finally, the finished products will be placed in a special dust-proof warehouse, wrapped in plastic film and hung up. When a customer places an order, the factory will pick up the goods from the warehouse according to the sample number and ship them in a reliable and safe box. There will be foam pads inside, and the doll will be wrapped in a blanket to protect all parts of the doll.
