(1) Wear appropriate underwear
Improper underwear selection will cause unnecessary traction on pubic hair, which may cause symptoms of hair follicle inflammation and the growth of small nodules.
(2) Keep private parts ventilated
Like other body hair, pubic hair has the function of reducing friction and ventilation. In terms of reducing friction, the presence of pubic hair can reduce friction with clothing, or intense contact during walking and exercise, just as the presence of armpit hair can reduce friction between arms and limbs. In terms of ventilation, the presence of pubic hair can also keep the reproductive organs ventilated and avoid excessive moisture.
(3) Try not to shave pubic hair
Many women are not used to thick hair in their private parts and think it affects their appearance. In fact, from a health perspective, these pubic hair can inhibit bacteria. It protects these fragile parts like eyelashes and nose hair. If the pubic hair is shaved, the probability of bacterial infection will increase.
In addition, since the skin of the private parts is soft and wrinkled, hair removal may cause skin wounds, allergies and infections.
