More importantly, eat your veggies. . Pay attention to what you eat, and try to eat right. Look up a balanced diet again, if you need to, or ask you mom. Limit added sugar, such as sodas and candy, or empty calories, such as chips. Get plenty of protein, too, and avoid caffeine. Caffeine is said to stunt your growth.
Plenty of rest and exercise can’t hurt either. I won’t say eight hours a night, because that’s a general amount. At your age I couldn’t sleep that long, and for me my norm was seven hours a night. Whatever yours is, try to get that much every night!
I will anyway: Avoid drugs and alcohol. Even weed and vaping. Nicotine is a drug, a harmful drug.
